XXXX XXXX is reporting inaccurate information to the consumer reporting agencies. The consumer reporting agencies have failed to do a complete investigation as required by the FCRA. I am requesting my credit file pursuant to 15 USC 1681a ( g ) and that the XXXX XXXX accounts on my consumer report be corrected to reflect open with no missing payments. I have attached the complaint that has been filed with US District Court and will file a complaint with the consumer reporting agencies if they continue to report the account with missing payments. Pursuant to 15 USC 1681b ( a ) ( 2 ) the consumer reporting agencies are to furnish my consumer report under the following circumstances and no other, " in accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. '' My written instructions are as follows : report the XXXX XXXX accounts as open with no late payments. XXXX, XXXX, and TransUnion do not need to contact XXXX XXXX in order to follow the written instructions of the consumer, as I am the consumer. By failing to follow my written instructions you are infringing on my right to credit, willfully violating the FCRA and are subject to punitive, statutory, and actual damages pursuant to 15 USC 1681n and 1681o.
