I was offered a short term loan via email communication. I've dealt with them before, so took the loan. The monthly repayment was {$100.00}. My first payment was due in XXXX, which I made a double payment prior to the due date and was given a new due date of XX/XX/XXXX for my next payment. In between the time the double payment was made in XXXX and before XXXX, they reported me delinquent to the credit bureau. I immediately attempted to contact them by phone, but you are NEVER able to connect to a live person, they tell you to email or send a response thru their website. I tried multiple times and each prompt disconnects you and doesn't allow you to speak with a person. I emailed them 3 times : XX/XX/XXXX by email, XX/XX/XXXX on their website and again on XXXX as I have received no response to any communication I made with them. Additionally, I emailed to rescind my authorization for any automatic deductions for payment from my checking account, To date, not one response to any email or communication from them. I also disputed this with the credit bureau, but they continue to clear my dispute and list me as delinquent. I should not have been reported delinquent as per my online account, it stated my next payment date was XX/XX/XXXX - I assumed since I made a double payment at the end of XXXX, that was a true next due date. This company will not return a call to me, respond to my email requests to discuss, absolutely no response. I need assistance in getting this resolved.
