Consumer Narrative

This is very time sensitive. I have a closing scheduled to sell my current residence XX/XX/22 However to close I need my Partial Claim Payoff Statement. I spoke to HUD & they claim in order for me to receive my Partial Claim Payoff Statement I need to have my mortgage company Midland Request A Claim. Once Midland has requested a claim then HUD will issue me my Payoff Statement. Ive called Midland several times and they are refusing to help me. They just keep directing me to HUD, yet HUD keeps explaining this as a two step process that first starts with Midland Requesting A Claim. Please help me solve this is ASAP
