On or about XXXX, I opened up a line of credit ( XXXX ) with XXXXXXXX XXXX now known as First Horizon Bank for {$47000.00}. On XX/XX/XXXX, I refinanced my home with XXXX XXXX XXXX and paid off the line of credit with XXXX XXXX and closed the account. Once the check was processed, XXXXXXXX XXXX was directed to forward Register of Deeds Office the original Note and Deed of Trust marked " PAID AND SATISFIED IN FULL '' in order that same may be cancelled of record. Should they have any question, they were directed to contact the closing agency XXXX XXXX XXXX. At XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, then directed them by law and request of XXXX XXXX XXXX, to please, close this account and cancel any related security instrument immediately. Please see attached letter from XXXX XXXX firm directed to XXXX XXXX Payoff Department Loan # XXXX, XXXX XXXX ( Payoff letter with Payoff Effective Date ) showing and proving the payoff amount with ( Per Diem Amount ) Showing and proving the loan was paid off in the correct amount. Also Authorization To Close Home Equity Line Of Credit Account, please review. Attached also is a copy of a police report, XXXX Report, Closing documentations. I have not or never opened another account with XXXX XXXX or First Horizon Bank. I have specifically asked for VALIDATION of any INSTRUMENT or CONTRACT Bearing my signature, Pursuant to the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act, XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ), Validating Debts. They're are numerous Violations within the credit reporting from First Horizon Bank. They are reporting XXXXyears late aXXXXdays every month and by law is a violation. If the account in question was in fact mine or anyone 's for that matter. " NOTE '' National banks and federal savings associations must follow federal rules and guidelines for charge-offs. Both types of financial institutions must charge-off delinquent installment accounts at XXXX days or five missed payments, and credit cards at " XXXX days past due after seven zero billings '' ( Allowance for Loan and Lease Losses ( XXXX ), Comptroller of the Currency Administrator of National Banks ). I also have attached the false reporting, Showing, High Balance {$9200.00}, Reported Balance {$10000.00} and they still have the account status as OPEN, Payment Due {$0.00}, Date opened XX/XX/XXXX and month after month they add another XXXXday late which is against the law and a direct violation of the XXXX & XXXX. Resulting in Open Date, History, Highest Balance, Term Payment Status Account Status, and Days late reporting on XXXX XXXX XXXX, completely false, inaccurate and simply not my account. I have disputed this account with XXXX XXXX or more times without the proper results after showing and proving my claim, backed with factual evidence and they are in direct violation, Along with First Horizon Bank.
