Experian is currently reporting a fraudulent XXXX on my report. Tradeline in question is XXXX XXXX XXXX, account number XXXX. This Tradeline has been fraudulently reporting on my XXXX consumer report for a while. Ive been in contact with the alleged creditor to let them know this is a fraudulent item. They insist that this alleged debt is mine and the only thing they have provided me with is copies of statements. Nothing that proves this account belongs to me. The even took me to court and was awarded a judgment on a fraudulent Tradeline that does not belong to me because I missed a court date and all they want to do is take advantage of consumers. Im providing several police reports indicating Ive been a victim of identity theft since XXXX along with an XXXX identity theft affidavit. Delete this fraudulent Tradeline from my XXXX consumer report.
