Our mortgage loan was bought by PNC XXXX years ago. After paying {$5100.00} towards my mortgage balance of {$5100.00} I have through PNC, Statements show I still owe {$380.00}. After discussing this with several PNC representatives, no-one seems to know what the XXXX dollars is for except that I need to pay it. My calculations show I owe PNC XXXX XXXX. I worked very hard and made so many sacrifices to get to this point. Please assist.
