In XXXX I noticed fraudulent accounts on my credit report after receiving a notice that my personal information may have been compromised in a data breach with XXXX. I begin to dispute these items and these items were not removed. In XX/XX/XXXX I filed a police report as well as a FTC report I mailed these copies of the reports along with my social security number, Identification, and proof of address to Experian, XXXX, and XXXX. Each company reported that the creditors verified the accounts. I then wrote a letter in XX/XX/XXXX to each creditor as well as Experian, XXXX and XXXX to provide me with a copy of the original singed documentation. Their response was accounts were verified. Over the course of the past 3 years I have written letters and been told to resend police reports, file disputes over and over. As of XX/XX/XXXX I informed each company of my rights under FCRA section 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) & 611 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) to provide me with the original signed documentation. I also informed them of my FCRA rights under section 611 ( a ) ( 7 ) to provide me the method of verification of these accounts. I was told by each company that the accounts were verified and they do not have to provide any documentation. I called all companies in XXXX of XXXX to inform them of the law under FCRA section 616 & 617 of the civil liability and the remedy available to me if they failed to comply with federal laws. These companies has failed to show me any documentation of the accounts being mine. These companies are failing to follow FCRA section 611 ( 5 ) ( A ) that states you are required to promptly delete all information which can not be verified.
