I sent dispute letters on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX to Transunion in which they have not responded or investigated any of my letters. When I called the first time after 45 days I was rudely disconnected from the rep and when I called back I was told to call back tomorrow. When I called back the next day the rep I spoke to informed me that I should wait a few more days to hear back from my dispute letters, although it has already over 3 months and no response from them. It's displaying 1 late payment for XXXXXXXX XXXX which is incorrect and is very detrimental to my credit report. I am very upset. They're not following the law and continue to not care about the damage they're causing with these incorrect payment status.
