I've sent three certified debt validation letters to this company RESURGENT/ LVNV FUNDING, LLC and to no avail did not recieve a response in regards to this alleged debt on my credit profile. Therefore, I have no choice but to file a CFPB complaint as they have failed to due their due diligence in regards to this matter. Not only that. I was not notified of this debt from thier company and/or oppurtunity to debunk said alleged debt. I've attached the most recent certified letter that was sent to this debt collection company.
