I do not remember the exact date but because I am in Bankruptcy they did not want to communicate with me and I emailed the company no luck I need my account to be corrected, my payments are not being applied properly, as of the last statement I received, I have over {$2000.00} holding escrow in my account and I am still being charged for monthly escrow and my payments are past due over {$5000.00}. My yearly escrow is {$740.00}, there is now way i should have that much funds sitting in escrow and my payments are that far past due, and their statements also not clear of how they break down the monthly payments as far ( regular payment and escrow amount that is due every month. I need help to have my account reviewed and corrected.
