CIG financial is practicing very deceptive and unlawful credit reporting and debt collection practices. In the last 6weeks this company has published very controversial, contradictory and fraudulent information to the consumer credit report ( please see attached exhibits ). There has been a serious of updates and removal of late payments, followed by the reinsertion of of these false claims, that I'm in debt to this corporation. This company was paid using an open end consumer plan and was paid the day I left the lot. Yet, CIG continues these abusive antics in attempt to force me to pay FEDERAL RESERVE NOTES for a 'debt ' : WHICH IS COMPLETELY UNLAWFUL yesterday, CIG Updated the credit report claiming this account is again delinquent. Just last week, this company removed all past due payment history and stated that account has been paid These practices are deceptive, unlawful, and extremely damaging. Please help, I've tried disputes, would like to save the time and energy that will be required to litigate and WIN I'm court.
