I am writing to file a formal complaint/claim against XXXX for its negligent handling of my debit card disputes. Not only has XXXX denied my disputes, but it has also neglected to address concerns and disputes I have raised about its investigation procedure in several email exchanges with its customer support. Furthermore, it is refusing to dispute additional unauthorized charges I have found and filed with the same merchant. In several email exchanges with XXXX, I have voiced concerns about its third-party investigator 's ( XXXX ) approach to investigating the unauthorized charges and expressed it was a biased review and not one that was done in my best interest to help me get the money back. I also filed a police report with the XXXX Police Department, as well as an FTC ID Theft report and affidavit, yet the police nor the FTC were ever contacted as part of the investigation. Currently, my account sits at negative - {$1900.00} due to this. I have sent a Demand letter to XXXX asking for it to credit my account in full for the unauthorized charges I have disputed, totaling {$4400.00}. XXXX has told me that it will not honor it. I am attaching my Federal ID Theft report as well as a police report, and I have several documented email exchanges that I will present to the Attorney General 's Office in Massachusetts in the event that this does not get resolved through the CFPB.
