When it came time for me to finance a mortgage on my home, I thought it would be best to go through the bank I have my personal and business accounts with for over 10 years. XX/XX/ 2021 I applied for a mortgage with Wells Fargo. I provided all the information and documents they asked for within a week. A few weeks went by and I heard nothing. I called on several occasions to finally get a hold of someone a month later telling me my application could not move forward and nothing more. I was so hurt and confused as nothing had been communicated to me as to why. I felt I was stuck in the mortgage I was in and almost too devastated to move on until a friend suggested to at least try another lender. So I did and I got approved. Nothing on my end change and the company actually processed my application and communicated with me.
