Consumer Narrative
On XXXX, I XXXX XXXX XXXX the consumer, notified XXXX, EQUIFAX, & XXXX ( The CRAs or Credit Reporting Agencies ) that Im a victim of identity theft. I have proof and evidence the CRAs received my communication. The CRAs are willfully reporting unvalidated unauthorized items on my consumer report. The person furnishing this misleading information has no permissible purpose to do so. The CRAs failed to block the information I filed with the FTC and sent me correspondence stating the information inside of my identity theft report has been investigated and proven to be accurate, verifiable and will continue to report as such. Pursuant to 15 USC 1681d ( b ) Im requesting the nature and scope of the investigation the CRAs used to verify this information. Pursuant to 15 USC 1681i ( A ) ( 6 ) ( B ) Im requesting a DESCRIPTION of the procedure used to determine the accuracy and completeness of the information. This shall be provided to me by XXXX, EQUIFAX, & XXXX. Ive already contacted the furnishers of the fraudulent reporting. All furnishers have failed to provide the validation of the alleged debts being reported on my consumer report. The furnishers will face litigation for failing to delete the information Im clearly and conspicuously stating is fraud. Im NOT requesting the business name, address, telephone number of the furnishers because I already have that information. Im requesting the scope of investigation and the DESCRIPTION of the procedure used to verify this information. The CRAs know or should know that they cant use the information inside of I, the consumers file prior to the block request to verify information reported as identity theft. Pursuant to 15 USC 1681c-2 ( c ) ( 3 ) the presence of information in my file prior to the notice of identity theft is not evidence of verification.
