My name is XXXX XXXX and I have previously been a victim of Identity Theft. I recently disputed an account that was originally XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ... .account # XXXX ... ... this account was proven to be fraudulent and has been removed from my CREDIT REPORTS several times and they keep fraudulently putting it back. It has now been purchased by XXXX XXXX XXXX one of the slimiest collection companies/debt collectors around. But this is the SAME ACCOUNT that was proven to be fraud so the XXXX XXXX purchased a FRAUDULENT debt and has now put in on my CREDIT REPORTS again!!! all the bureaus did was update the account they did not REMOVE IT AND DELETE permanently as it should. I really think it's time to file a LAW SUIT ... ..this grimy collection BUREAUS NEVER do their jobs and protect us the consumers.
