Experian not able to provide Credit Score report despite information flow from my bank to Experian since XXXX. Contacted Experian multiple times XXXX and told my bank XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX is not sending Experian my XXXX information. XXXX XXXX XXXX conducted investigation ( see attached letter ) and concluded ( XX/XX/XXXX ) the Experian system does not recognize my first name and hence do not generate my credit report. Dispute letter sent to Experian XX/XX/XXXX ( see attached ). Received a postcard from Experian acknowledging dispute letter receipt XX/XX/XXXX ( do not have the exact date ). Have not heard from Experian since. Called Experian XX/XX/XXXX and told that I do not exist in their system and hence can not file a dispute. Being deprived of my Experian credit report results in disadvantage in negotiating mortgage with banks and receiving services from companies that rely on Experian for credit score investigations.
