Every condition under 15 USC 6802 was not met to publish my non public personal information. My rights as a consumer to protect my non public personal information were violated by XXXX XXXX. Under 15 USC 1681b ( A ) ( 2 ) a consumer reporting agency can only furnish my consumer report if it has written instruction from me the consumer. I have not gave consent to any consumer report agency to furnish my consumer report.
