XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX CA XXXX phone XXXX repossessed a truck from me after conducting a charged off on the vehicle loan account on XX/XX/XXXX and closed the account. It has been 7 years and the account dose not even shows on my credit report. Last night XXXX XX/XX/XXXX the truck was repossessed from Michigan and taken to Wisconsin. I call them and they want 4400 to return the truck but it has been a year past the statue of limitations on a contract loan in the state of michigan. The company will not even acknowledge this when i tell them and just ignores the statement.
