From XX/XX/XXXX until XX/XX/XXXX there has been some sort of system glitch in Equifax to wear my entire 14 years of credit history has been wiped I cant see it and creditors are unable to offer me credit because they are seeing it as well. DISAPPEARED! I contacted Equifax on three separate occasions on the third occasion I finally got to speak to a person who told me that in their computer nothing is gone but on my end my credit score dropped from XXXX to XXXX and shows me having absolutely no credit cards no mortgage no nothing. The gentleman I spoke with did not care about the situation would not let me speak to a technical advisor to see if there was an issue with the online application and refused to help me at all. Another friend of mine checked his and his credit is gone too!! Equifax has had another breach and they are not reporting it nor letting anyone in the public know about it. When you called they either hang up on you or refused to help!!! This negligence is keeping me from being able to fund my small business. And its destroying my credit rating even though the other two bureaus are up-to-date and accurate.
