I have tried on several occasions to get a lower APR for unexpected medical purposes, XXXX XXXX. I was referred to XXXX which informed payment would be higher or the same. I sent several correspondence to CEO and Executive who refuse to help. I have always paid on time and now having some difficulties. They are charging XXXX monthly and taking XXXX in interest and only applying only XXXX to principal. My statement says if I only pay minimum per month theyre gain is over XXXX in interest and would take 40 years to pay which would make me XXXX XXXX XXXX I was also told that I went off payment plan which had 1 month remaining, however I did not tell them to take me off. I informed them to take it off only if another plan was open. I asked for an extension in order to deal with my medical issues. This is my discover card which refuses to help. I have several emails I have sent but dont know how to attach them if u would sent me email to XXXX I could forward all correspondence to you.
