These accounts should NOT be reporting on my credit file, as the medical center was instructed to bill my insurance carrier before these accounts were falsely placed in collections. There are also duplicate accounts reporting on my credit file ( See below ), which is causing severe damage to my credit worthiness and is preventing me from accessing new lines of credit. These accounts are injurious to my credit, I have sent in 2 separate re-investigation requests to Equifax for the following inaccurate accounts : Account Name : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Account # XXXX Balance - {$150.00} ( Non-compliant reporting ) Account Name : XXXX XXXX XXXX - Account # XXXX Balance - {$110.00} ( Non-compliant reporting ) ( Duplicate ) Account Name : XXXX XXXX XXXX - Account # XXXX Balance - {$110.00} ( Non-compliant reporting ) ( Duplicate ) The first re-investigation was started on XX/XX/2022 and was completed on XX/XX/2022 ( 10 days ) and the second re-investigation was started on XX/XX/2022 and was completed on XX/XX/2022 ( 14 days ). On both occasions, the above-referenced accounts have come back as " verified. '' I have requested the method of procedures be sent to me ( via us mail ) explaining the procedures used to verify these accounts and to date, Equifax has ignored my requests, which is my right under the FCRA. XXXX XXXX XXXX has also failed to provide me a notice of debt, prior to inserting these alleged accounts onto my credit report which is a violation of my consumer rights. I was not provided the opportunity to request validation of these alleged debts. I have disputed these alleged accounts with Equifax, as well as the collection agency, and both parties continue to verify this alleged debt without properly investigating, which is violation of the FDCPA and FCRA.
