This account dates back to XXXX. Around 8 years ago. This was not my vehicle, this was my boyfriends vehicle. On top of that, the car is being reported as a repossession. This car was sold to another individual however no one was ever notified of the vehicle being sold or given any information prior or after the car was sold. Further more this was never my debt, I never agreed to be financially responsible for the vehicle. This debt has been reported improperly now for over and over for more than 8 years. The last time this inaccurate debt was reported on my credit reports was just in XX/XX/XXXX. Just a few weeks ago, this is incredibly damaging to my credit and has hurt me over and over when trying to obtain credit. I have pleaded with this creditor over and over asking them to prove that I owe this debt or to rightfully remove it from my credit and they have never once provided any proof however they decline to properly prove the debt or remove it.
