Thank you for once again responding with the same canned and deficient response complaint. You can contact me formally through email or address that was provided repeatedly. I will not however placate Wells Fargo with their canned phone messaging just so they can check their box for compliance auditing purposes. I'm happy to continue to use this form to communicate Wells Fargo 's continued predatory lending atrocities. I've clearly stated my terms of formal communication within my resolution statement, should you care to read it. I'll also break down the bone of contention for the cheap seats way up in the rafters. The so called 'Modification '' that Wells Fargo proposed was the same predatory XXXX loan that was outlawed by our judicial system steaming from the class action suit, which is why part of your multi-million settlement agreement was to review your Customers XXXX loans and modify them so that they were no longer toxic and detrimental. In my case specifically Wells Fargo used the same XXXX adjustable rate terms and agreements, removed interest only payment options and slapped all the payment owed to date onto the back of the loan. Essentially all you did is remove interest only payment options and called it a modified loan. No real help other than to pony up 20k and try it again. As the saying goes XXXX me once shame on you XXXX me twice shame on me. I suggest you take real good look at what presented as keep your home modification and compare it to other step-down modifications from other premier lenders and then ask yourself did we really handle this in the best interests of all ... Let me help you, the answer is not even close. Your failed me, you failed millions of others I'm sure and most of all you've failed the brand name of Wells Fargo. I look forward to our next go-around : )
