I called into TransUnion and XXXX to report fraudulent information on my credit file. There was another name listed on my credit file along with fraudulent addresses. They stated that they were unable to verify my identity on over the phone so I was instructed to mail in two forms ID. I mailed out dispute letters also 2 forms of ID. It has been 3 months now and they refuse to remove the fraudulent collections account on my credit file. This has been causing me not only financial hardship it has also been stressful. This is my final request for resolution before I seek counsel. They removed the names and addresses but the fraudulent accounts still remain.
