XXXX XXXX when I get paid i call all my credit cards and pay those which are due that week to keep them current. On XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, I call Genesis FS Card Services for two of my cards. My Indigo and Milestone accounts. On both Accounts ( and I have this recorded if you want to hear it to be true ) The message I got was my MINIMUM due was the TOTAL amount due on the card. This set off my panic button and i paid {$200.00} on each card where normally i would pay the minimum due of {$40.00}. That is alot of my paycheck to pay on just two cards. To make matters worse the company has a policy that it may take up to 10-14 days for your to get access to your money. The payments cleared my bank on Friday, XX/XX/XXXX. tI am a on XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and need money for gas having put {$400.00} on two credit cards wiped out my ability to buy gas so I called Genesis FS Card Services on or about XX/XX/XXXX and they were able to release the funds on My Indigo card. However, by the next week on XXXX XXXX, I once again needed gas money and the funds were yet to be released on my Milestone account. I waited over 45 minutes on the phone for a manager and then they said they would call back. They never did so I called back later that night. They said there was nothing they could do at all and the funds would not be released until Friday XX/XX/XXXX. The system error was corrected on the Indigo card phone system as of XX/XX/XXXX as it gave the correct minimum due of {$40.00}. When i called and once again recorded the Milestone account card on XX/XX/XXXX the system ( almost two weeks Later is still telling customers their minimum due is their total amount due - I have it recorded as proof ) When a company incorrectly bills their customers and has absolutely no means to fix the error to financially improve the situation of their client that is a big miss for the business. I will give the company time to respond to this complain before I share if further on social media as people need to know how this company treats its clients.
