The credit reporting agency ( CRA ) & data furnisher ( DF ) are not complying with federal law in regards to identity theft. Additionally, the credit reporting agency & data furnisher have not provided me with any evidence of an open contract, signed contract or any valid proof these were opened, authorized or created by me.
