I have been a client of XXXX XXXX XXXX for more than 4 years. I don't escrow funds with them. I pay for my insurance/taxes out of pocket. In XXXX of 2021, XXXX XXXX XXXX decided to send XXXX XXXX more than {$3000.00} for insurance. I have always paid my policy out of pocket. XXXX XXXX has emailed, mailed and faxed the copy of my proof of insurance many times. XXXX XXXX they haven't recieved it. XXXX XXXX Mailed back a check in XXXX to refund the amount they sent. XXXX says it was cashed, then not cashed. XXXX XXXX sent proof of payment via email, fax and mail. NO response. XXXX has sense taken all my monthly payments and applied them to the negative escrow balance from the check they sent to XXXX XXXX. They have sense reported me to the credit agencies for 30 and 60 days late. I have made my monthly payments every month since the start of all of this. They have all my funds and haven't applied them to my payment. XXXX XXXX resent the check with a letter stating errors and omissions that it was their fault and the check was returned. STILL NOTHING. I have put in over 50 hours trying to resolve this over almost 5 months. My credit score was a XXXX and is now XXXX because of this. I have been penalized for NOTHING I did. It wasn't my fault they sent funds and I have been left trying to resolve, have negative credit reporting and have spent more than 50 hours of my work time handling a situation that should never happened. I have talked to hunderds of people at XXXX and still no resolve.
