Well I had received email from XXXX XXXX with AmeriSave stating that missing documents was need for closing by the lender on XXXX XXXXwho did my application..I provided that, than her supervisor XXXX XXXX email me on XXXX XXXX saying missing documents where needed for child support court order from XXXX, social security pension for both of my girls staying they will get it past XXXX, and divorce decree... so I emailed him back and stated everything is provided but I will resend it but as of divorce decree where you get this from because I'm not divorce and my spouse we live together he jus over the road working he is a XXXX XXXX.so than he came with the oh your paperwork not showing good so ok at this point I said to him now I feel discrimination against my rights so tell me why are you trying to deny my mortgage and everything is provided and also you find every excuse to what you need and when I provided proof you come with something else..so than he say well ok we can use one of your daughters SS because it's showing continuous for three years but can't use the other one cause she only will get it for 2 more years..so I said now they just turn XXXX and XXXX and you said you need something stating pass XXXX and I proved that they will get it until 2 months after XXXX year and now you find an excuse again towards that income..so ok now child support I said since you can't see it so you say and which I spoke with the one who actually did my paperwork and I sent it all in I'ma fax it over... so on XXXX XXXX I fax it to him and than he come with an excuse again as to oh I need six months of child support from XXXX and I'll statements and I said I provided you with six months for XXXX which you got it cause I jus fax with the other paperwork and I said as for XXXX that wasn't in my application at all I just told y'all about XXXX but I provided you with proof of that because I told you that is a back payments which is in arrears from years ago and that is court order he has to pay that amount about XXXX back payments it's not open case this is arrears he pays out his paycheck automatically and I provided proof to that..so once again I feel discrimination against my rights so send me my denial letter now cause at this point you constantly wan na find something when I giving proof..So now oh I'm not denying I'm not touching it I can use all that I just need you to send me divorce decree and bank statements of XXXX in assets... So I said again what is you talking about with divorce I wish you stop saying divorce decree because Im not divorce my husband pays bills and we are together and we was on a loan together but she deny it cause of his credit and told me to submit one by myself only because his job he on is 5 years and a XXXX XXXX so the income no problem so again and this XXXX was not in my assets because I said I'm putting XXXXdown on house and XXXX towards lawyer fees and all but I have XXXX all together I'ma have from my taxes ... so now again tell me why you steady having excuse as to closing on my loan..it 's already a closing date and a phone call made to my lawyer for the closing date so now why now you finding excuses Everytime I provided proof to what was ask..than now again he said oh my underwriter needs XXXX in assets for your income..So now I'm like ok this is it because you really discrimination against me because you never stated this in the beginning or at all you just updated my portal some days ago saying XXXX assets when it originally said it XXXX and my closing disclosure it says XXXX on paperwork so now where you coming up with this extra money that's wasn't in the agreement from the beginning and I also said I was putting XXXX all together towards closing and all but I have XXXX so now at this point he still can't give me and reason how this assets came about..i did homeowners insurance as they ask and I provided that as well..this has cause a stress on me and interfere with my work because I be at work when they email me and I had to call in to get this stuff solve when I done already provide all this from the beginning
