I have Been trying to work with the credit bureaus to get this account deleted. I have been reading into my rights and I know that if there's errors, that the accounts must be deleted. I have sent them over a dozen letters to try to correct this and get it deleted, and they just keep giving me the runaround. I have already filed a complaint with you before but I am attempting again to see if this time is different. I am requesting for the account to be deleted and have attached a copy of the information being reported as well as my ID since one time they said I had NOT attached it and I have been attaching it and every single letter.
