Hello, I was a victim to XXXX fraud and now I am being charged by the vendor ( XXXX XXXX ) for something they have already received via bank transfer from my Wells Fargo checkings account. I disputed the charges with my bank and somehow they weren't able to close the case in my favor. I have verbal confirmation from three different account specialist and upper management that the funds did in fact leave my bank account and were not credited back. I also have the bank statements to confirm this. According to XXXX, these transactions were reversed, but that is impossible because I never received the funds back and I have hard proof. I tried reopening the dispute, but Wells Fargo keeps telling me that I can not longer dispute the transactions and I have to handle this outside the bank. I also tried disputing it though XXXX and they have told me repeatedly that I have to come up with the funds one way or another if the bank can not assist. I'm basically left with no other choice than to seek legal action, but I'm hoping you can help me, so I don't have to go through that trouble. XXXX has already liquidated my XXXX holdings without giving me a fair shot to resolve the issue and they don't intend to stop there. The total amount being disputed is {$1200.00}.
