Attached data. Experian ( as one example ) shows no payment amounts being paid when I clearly have been making payments. Monthly. Sometimes twice a month. Also, my balance is incorrect on all 3 credit bureaus which impact my credit utilization and I want to apply for a mortgage soon and I need that to be fixed. The credit card is paid off each month. It's bad enough that XXXX XXXX continues to keep my deposit and keep this as a secured card after four and a half years of consistent payments on Time payments and excellent payment history when I have a XXXX XXXX that gave me an unsecured card and increased my limit three times in one year. Why does XXXX XXXXXXXX refuse to return my security deposit and make this an unsecured card? They give me no explanation and I need an explanation that is clear and accurate. I also need payments that I made to be reported accurately on time and balance has to be correct.
