I received a promo offer from PNC, my personal bank, offering 15 months @ zero APR with a 3 % or {$5.00} fee, whichever is greater on balance transfers. Ill note this bank has been after me diligently to secure a card with them for the past year. Upon completing the application process with a work from home individual, & Ill note here I allege he was drinking as I could hear him drinking & the slurring was getting worse as the call proceeded. He & I worked out the approximate fee for the {$3800.00} I was going to transfer from my XXXX XXXX account. This is a classic bait & switch tactic, as I could have elected to use any of my other two bank cards to make the balance transfer & not had my credit score impacted. Im very XXXX off & Im really interested in knowing how your agency is going to help me.
