I have a XXXX account that Ive had since XXXX. I originally started with a fresh start program in which you can graduate to a regular card after a period of 6-9 months. Due to unforeseen out of my control issues I fell behind in XXXX and XXXX of XXXX. I called XXXX immediately addressing my concern and giving heads-up about my account. Since then Ive had clean on time payment history. I sent a goodwill letter early last year to have to late fees removed as a goodwill courtesy. And they were removed or my payment history status on my Credit report for XXXX, TransUnion and XXXX. Or this changed on my report due to the age of the late payments. However, they are now back on my credit report. I shouldnt be held accountable for the late payments that occurred during the fresh start program. I would like XXXX to honor my goodwill letter and have the late payments removed from my credit report for TransUnion, XXXX, and XXXX in which I know they have the ability to do so. All in regards to me not having any issues for the past 3 years.
