in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting act XXXX Account # XXXX, has violated my rights. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions I also mailed in a copy of my drivers license, social security card, ftc report for th 10th time. Equifax recieved this information on XXXX usps Tracking Number : XXXX Everytime I send a dispute they keep giving me the run around requesting the same information. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Equifax has failed to send me method of verification. Equifax has failed to send me contracts with this company Equifax has failed to tell me when these accounts were open Equifax failed to properly verify these accounts belonged to me before placing these accounts on my report. I am uploading my profile directly from Equifax website I CONTACTED EQUIFAX ON XXXX AND WAS TOLD THEY VERIFIED ACCOUNTS. I asked Equifax for method of verification and was told they have the right not to send me method of verification
