EXPERIAN RECEIVED DOCUMENTS STATING THAT THEY DID NOT DO THEIR DUE DILIGENCE AND ALLOWED FOR THIS COLLECTION TO LINGER ON MY REPORT. I ENDED UP GETTING IT DELETED AND EXPERIAN UPDATED AND DELETED IT I WANT TO GET COMPENSATED BECAUSE MY CONSUMER RIGHTS WAS VIOLATED UNDER THE FCRA. I AM ENCLOSING THE INFORMATION THAT I UPLOADED BEFORE THAT NOTHING WAS DONE THEY CLAIM THAT THEY DONT SEE IT ON FILE BECAUSE IT WAS DELETED. DELETION IS ADMISSION. EXPERIAN DIDNT DO THEIR INITIAL INVESTIGATIONS. I GOT IN TOUCH WITH THE XXXX OFFICE OF CONSUMER FRAUDS AND PROTECTION. I WILL GO FURTHER IF I HAVE TO. ACCORDING TO 15 UCS 1681N. I AM ENTITLE TO COMPENSATE. I HAVE PAPER TRAIL IF THEY WANT TO TAKE THIS THING FURTHER I HAVE TIME AND PATIENCE.
