XX/XX/2014 Acct XXXX This was a secured credit card that was set up as a savings account, with Wells Fargo This account is a charge off and I disagree with the XXXX. Owed as these are fees after I closed the account. These fees and other charges on this account are not authorized by me and nothing was provided to me in writing, or verbally to make me aware of the fees being placed on account until 2 years after I closed the account. There for reporting this as a charge off is not an accurate statement. For the last 6 years Wells Fargo has continued to report this Secured credit card with no regard to my rights and still can not show how and when these fees were placed on a account after I personally closed the account. I would ask Wells Fargo to remove such damaging reports off all 3 credit reporting agencies
