I have been a paying Membership fees with Experian since XX/XX/2018 and I get charged {$21.00} per month for the ( Experian XXXX XXXX ) that includes. Up to {$1.00} million Identity theft insurance, Deicated Fraud Resolution support, Experian XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Identity Protection and Alerts and 2 others. Well I have called many times to get help with my Identity theft issue and call after call after call I get sir I am so sorry to hear that and been told over and over that they was going to look into it and talk to one of there team members and would call me back and nothing so they take my money and give me nothing that is on the premium I get charged since 2018 but I really need help I cant receive services I pay for and that is THEFT OF SERVICES the only thing that worked was XXXX and the day I put the freeze on my credit and filed Identity Theft with Experian and I told the guy on the phone my bank and credit cards was about to not work becauae I would be issued new accounts and cards and I asked over and over I am payed up right and he says that since I was a Premium member and filed Identity theft my credit and membership would be active and once I received my new cards to call experian and see if any update was done, I said ok and guess what today I get email that says experian unlocked my credit and I got hit for XXXX points and a new bank account was opened in my name and SSN. So EXPERIAN IS A SCAM AND I RECEIVED THEFT OF SERVICES FROM THEM. I am not very happy and I want ALL my money back since XX/XX/2018 if I can not get this fixed here I will get a attorney and file Theft of Services this is not right if I did this I would be in Jail for theXXXX
