I am writing to file a complaint against a collection agency, Experian, XXXX XXXX, and XXXX Credit Bureaus regarding reporting inaccurate information and providing fraudulent credit information. This disputehas been filed 4 times for a Collection Item from [ XXXX XXXX XXXX ] This is inaccurate because, the amount listed as a debt was paid in full to the original creditor ( XXXX in XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. I have included a copy of the Move Out Statement from the original creditor dated XX/XX/XXXX that shows a balance of {$0.00}. I am requesting that this item be removed from my file. This is also inaccurate because, the balance owed of {$570.00} listed is wrong, as this was paid in full to the original creditor on XX/XX/XXXX. This is also inaccurate because XXXX XXXX has reported different amounts to the bureau weekly over 6 times between XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. This amount should not be changed. I have forwarded the following documentation to the entities listed above to supporting my claim : 1. Letter to Experian, XXXX, and XXXX XXXX. 2. Move Out Statement- Provided by the original creditor upon my move out. Listing the full payment of the amount owed of {$1100.00} dated on XX/XX/XXXX. I am requesting this be removed from my credit file or changed to reflect correct information. 3. Resident Ledger-Provided by the original creditor showing a corrected balance listed XX/XX/XXXX. This was sold to XXXX XXXX as a debt 2 months after the move out statement was provided with {$0.00} balance owed. I am requesting this be removed from my credit file or changed to reflect correct information. 4.
