Transunion, one of the three most important credit bureau handles sensitive and confidential information in an unsafe way for its consumers. They offer online services to upload documents and then do not answer for them what I consider misleading advertising to consumers. I have been disputing fraudulent information on my credit report and they do nothing, which has affected me directly. Several months ago I sent them the required documents and they say they have never received them. My question to them is where are my rights and where my personal information went to? They simply avoid the answer and ask to the consumer to repit the same process over and over without solving the issues.
