I got a text message that someone was taking money from my XXXX account. I ignored it. Then I got a call and on the caller ID it said it was Wells Fargo so I answered. They pretended to be from Wells Fargo fraud department. That they wanted to take {$3500.00} out of my account and in order to stop it we needed to reverse the deposit back into my account. They tricked me and induced me into supposedly sending money to myself to reverse the action when in reality it went into their account. The next day I filled a case at Wells Fargo and in 10 days the return my money but it was temporary while they finished the invitations. Yesterday I got a letter telling me the investigation was over and they did not approve the fraud and they are taking my money back. I called and they opened up another case but did tell me theres nothing they can do. I told them bayou all and Regulation E, thats the only reason they started a new case but no promises that they would not take my money away. Apparently I researched that theres been thousands of cases similar or the same as mine and thats where I found your information, the federal law that protects us and Regulation E. The old case number denied is XXXX, the new case number that was started yesterday is XXXX. Id appreciate any help and if you need any other information please contact me. Thank you.
