1. At the time involving the relevant matters, a Fraud Alert had been placed on all of my credit reports. 2. This has been an ongoing criminal matter since about XX/XX/XXXX in which the investigative information was shared with the Fraud Department and a criminal complaint was filed. 3. Although the credit report has been locked, the credit reporting agency has continually allowed others to access my credit history report, which has resulted in my information appearing on the Dark web. 4. Moreover, when conducting business I would never permit a company to run my credit history multiple times.
