Since I opened my account with Bank of the West in XXXX of 2021, they have consistently stolen from me. They fraudulently opened an account in my name that I did not ask for or authorize. I have contacted them at least twice a month since I opened the account, filing several claims against them along the way, and they refuse to address their associate 's fraudulent actions and change my account to the correct one that I had initially chosen. To date, they have stolen {$80.00} from me, and continue to do so on a monthly basis. If they do not refund the money they stole from me and close this fraudulent account today, I will be filing legal charges.
