Per my XXXX credit file dated XX/XX/XXXX, File No. XXXX NCB illegally put a hard inquiry on my credit file on two different dates XX/XX/XXXX & XX/XX/XXXX. I have never done business with this company or given this company verbal or written consent to access my credit file. The fraudulent actions this company have taken against me has resulted in the denial of credit for lenders, which goes against the FDCPA guidelines.
