This is my XXXX time filing a XXXX complaint about this and this is criminal at this point. The 2 previous complaints are numbers XXXX and XXXX. So basically they are illegally trying to collect on a debt that is passed the statue of limitations and are FALSELY stating the amount owed. The court judgment they tried using before is long expired and was never renewed so it is passed the statue of limitations. So please stop telling lies that this debt is owed, enforceable or collectable. Everything you have provided so far has been passed the statues of limitations so explain yourselves?
