On Saturday XX/XX/XXXX. I deposited 120 dollars into my chime account that has the spot me feature. Specifically for an online purchase that was very important and time sensitive The spot me feature let 's you go over however much spot me you have. I had 90 dollars so I though I was fine depositing 120. XX/XX/XXXX the feature was taken off with no warning taking the money I just deposited. All day I'm on the phone trying to get help and they keep saying the spot me has a policy with minimum deposits etc my thing is there should be a warning of some kind before money is just taken from an account. Im saying as a 5 year customer you can't help me at all? Not to mention I was wondering if it's even legal to do what they did?? Even the irs warns you before they garnish your wages.
