I continue to receive DIFFERENT collection agencies over an alleged debt owed to XXXX XXXX XXXX. Not my debt. I have said to XXXX XXXX XXXX many times and I continue to receive collections notices. I started to report this to the CFPB and there is a prior case number of XXXX. There is a clear pattern of going from one debt agency to another debt agency, in perpetuity. Perhaps the law has a loop hole that requires patching up since the consumer is still being harassed by the same alleged debt just by different collectors. Shame on you XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have already communicated with you on more than one occasion ( and each time I must bear the incredible wait time ). Each time I must wait for your associate to find the file, the information and these poor associates are clearly from another country trying to figure out what is going on. I then sit through a tricky session where I barely comprehend the XXXX. Then I repeat my story. Each time, promise to sort it out but I continue to receive collections letters. I have spent countless hours dealing with this. Sequium Asset Solutions , LLC is another collector sending me letters.
