The XXXX system doesnt not provide complete social security numbers because it would be against privacy laws. Similarly companies such as XXXX, XXXX, and other third-party sources can not be 100 % accurate in the provision of their information to credit reporting bureaus because it would be against the fair credit reporting act. For the credit reporting bureaus to make this claim it would that my privacy most certainly has been violated. The CFPB is designed to protect my privacy and false reporting of information these bureaus can not claim to have. 15 U.S.C. 1681 section 602 A. States that I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C. 1681 section 604 A. Section 2 States a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account with my written instructions which none of the three major credit reporting agencies have obtained from me.
