First of all I received my refund advance from Credit Karma on XX/XX/22. My account was frozen about a month later with no warning or reasoning. I have literally called over 30 times in the last couple weeks trying to resolve my issue which resulted in various failed and automated email responses which were all the same. I sent in my ID AND BANK STATEMENTS like I was asked OVER a month ago and verified my identify one too many times. My tax return was deposited over 10 days days ago my advance was repaid and my negative balance was settled but my funds which I am entitled to are still locked away at this point Im feeling like my money is being stolen. I keep being told everyday my case has been escalated and nothing. The XXXX of the month has passed and my rent is due and Im on the verge of losing my apartment and getting shut off notices from bills and no one there seems to care at all. I need access to my money or a solution to my case. I am over this whole situation and fed up. I have sent over 10 emails spanning almost 2 months this is crazy.
