So it all started when I did my taxes with XXXX XXXX XX/XX/2022 I did credit karma to get an 2,500 advance which I received I believe that same day or the next. So I was having problem taking money off my card I was calling representatives back to back nobody could help so I linked my XXXX bank account with them to transfer money when I did thats when they sent me a confirmation email but with the wrong account number so they then locked my account without notifying me I could only contact the specialist team through email they never told me what was going on until later they needed proof of my identity and bank statement but the bank statement was for another account that wasnt mine that they wanted me to provide so I sent my actual bank statement and proof but still Im under review and my account is locked I talked to 2 supervisors and so many agents nobody could help and they keep saying they will email the specialist team thats all they can do they cant see anything in my account this been going on almost a month now I submitted my forms several times on their website and through email I told them just send my money in a check but no response please help I need my money and my tax money that suppose to be coming to that account Ive tried everything that they told me
