I checked my credit report and saw that there are 3 student loans on my credit report that are not mine. I listed these 3 accounts on a Identity Theft Report. I have reached out to EXPERIAN, XXXX AND XXXX AND LET THEM KNOW THAT THESE ARE NOT MY ACCOUNTS BUT THEY HAVE NOT CHANGED MY INFORMATION.I have no idea how i have these accounts on my profile. EXPERIAN, XXXX AND XXXX are BREAKING THE LAW because although i have disputed these items, They are in violation of federal consumer law. 15 USC 1681b ( a ) ( 2 ) states that a consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report in accordance with written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. I as a consumer have NEVER given XXXX, EXPERIAN OR XXXX ANY Written instructions or consent to report anything on my credit report. NO CONSENT MEANS IDENTITY THEFT. I am demanding these 3 items be removed because it isn't fair to me as a consumer and they are fraudulent accounts. If they are not removed, I will not extend my credit to anyone anymore or allow XXXX, Experian or XXXX to furnish a report for me. I would like to state that pursuant to 15 USC 1681 ( a ) ( 1 ) that the banking system is dependent upon fair and accurate consumer reports. There are inaccuracies on these fraudulent accounts as well and these 3 consumer reporting agencies aren't reporting the same information. These inaccuracies on my credit report it has caused me to lose faith in the banking system. If XXXX. XXXX and XXXX wants to continue doing business with me then they must delete these Inaccurate accounts off my consumer report. This isnt fair to me as a consumer.
